专利说明:
The invention relates to vehicle cabins, Hanpi-twep agricultural tractors j equipped with hatches with hinged bolts, which provide ventilation to the cab day, as well as exit from it if necessary. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of ventilation and to facilitate an emergency exit from the cabin due to the complete opening of the opening. Fig. 1 shows the cab cab of a vehicle equipped with a hatch with a hinged lid, top view, Fig. 2 - hatch cover, longitudinal section (closed lid position) I in Fig. 3 - carrying lever for lifting and lowering the lid, view from above; 4 shows a bracket for a device for raising and lowering roofs — a KHf perspective view; FIG. 5 shows the execution of a unit with one lever, an option; Figure 6 shows a side view of the shock chamber when it is parallel to the vehicle roof; 7 is the same with its different angular positions relative to the top of the vehicle 9, side view; Fig. 8 shows the fully open Krsh1k position, in which the emergency exit of the driver from the vehicle cabin is provided. The device (Fig, -3) contains a cabin 1 of the vehicle, on the roof 2 of which a hatch 3 is made, having an opening with dimensions that allow the driver to exit if necessary j, for example, when the cabin door is jammed. The cabin cab has front 4 and rear 5 surfaces corresponding to the front and rear sides of the vehicle. A frame 6, preferably rectangular in shape, is mounted around the entire perimeter of the manhole opening, consisting of front 7, rear 8, and two side 9 and 10 elements. The front 7 and rear 8 elements are arranged approximately parallel to the front 4 and rear 5 of the roof surface 2. Krischka 1 1 assembly is pivotally attached to the rear 8 element of the frame 6, contains a panel 12, (in the closed position is shown in Fig. 2), completely closes the opening of the hatch 3 and is provided with an outward opening a protrusion in the form of a visor 13, located ho the periphery of the cover on its edges, the lower surface of which is in contact with the kryppka closed position with an elastic seal 14 mounted on the frame 6. The peak 13 serves to prevent precipitation from entering the cabin 1 when the panel 12 of the cover 11 is in the position shown in Fig.6. The hinge cap assembly contains the first brackets 15, which are connected by fasteners, for example bolts 16, to the rear 8 of the frame 6 and are arranged parallel to the lateral 9 and 10 elements of this frame. In the bracket 15 (FIG. 4) there are holes for fastening the brackets by means of screws 17 (FIGS. 2-4,6-8) to the side elements 9 and 10 of the frame g. The second brackets 18 are bolted 19 to the bottom surface of the buckle 11 and extend down . The bearing arms 20 are fixed between each pair of the first 15 and second 18 kronsters. Each lever has the first 21 and the second 22. fork ends and can be made of two elements welded together or cast in one piece. The first forked horse 21 is pivotally connected to the first pair of brackets 15 by means of bolts 23. Similarly, the second forked ends 22 are hingedly connected to the threaded ends 24 of the stem 25. The latter serves to prevent the cover from tilting when it is opened. The rod 25 (FIG. 3) is rigidly welded to the surface 26 of the fork end 22, which makes it possible to move the rod 25 together with the levers 20. Friction elements 27 are installed between said fork ends 21 and 22 and brackets 15 and 18, respectively, on both sides. They are made in the form of friction washers from a material with a high coefficient of friction and held in place by a bolt 23 and a threaded end 24 of rod 25 by means of adjusting elements 28 and adjusting nuts 29. Adjusting members 28 can be made, for example, in the form of a spring or spring washer, which makes them compressible, with the result that the forked ends 21 and 22 are compressed. By increasing the tightening torque of the nuts 29, increase the friction contact on the forked ends 21 and 22; However, the adjusting nuts 29 must be tightened so as to ensure that the levers 20 rotate and the required position of the cam is maintained even when the vehicle is moving on uneven terrain, On the underside of the second brackets 18, a curved handle 30 is mounted, which serves to raise and lower the cover by the driver from inside the cab. A latch 31 is attached to each of the second brackets 18, cooperating with a corresponding locking element 32, which is attached to the side frame members 9 and 10 and is used to secure the cover securely in the closed position and to prevent unauthorized penetration inside the cabin (FIG. 2). . Figure 5 shows the second embodiment of the hinge-bolt hatch assembly, in which only one supporting arm 20 takes place, which is hinged but secured between the first 15 and second 18 brackets. The fastening of the cover in this embodiment is similar to the fastening of the first embodiment, however, the use of one carrying lever is advisable when making a crest from a light material. Figs 6-8 show several different cover positions. For example, FIG. 6 illustrates the open position of the roof plate when it is located parallel to the hatch aperture. This position of the roof is suitable for ventilation of the cabin in rainy weather. The described position of the zigzag is achieved by rotating the carrying markets. chagov .20 around the axis of the bolts 23 and the subsequent rotation of the stab 1 and around the axis of the rod 25. Figure 7 shows a partially open hatch cover (solid line at an angle to the front of the cab lid, dotted line at an angle to the rear. In the first case (shown as a solid line), when the vehicle is moving, the hatch opening acts as an air intake and serves to direct air into the cabin. the position is achieved by turning the bearing arms 20 around the axis of the bolts 23. In the second case (shown as a dotted line) when the vehicle is moving, the hatch opening serves to remove air from the cabin to the outside. This position is achieved by rotating the supporting arms 20 around the axis of the bolts 23 and then turning the lid around the axis of the rod 25 by an angle larger than the angle of rotation (Fig.6) of the lid. With the partially open positions described above, the visor 13 rests on a part of the seal, 14, which ensures the direction of the entire flow of air into or out of the cabin. When the hatch cover is fully open (Fig. B), the driver exits the cabin. To obtain this position, the levers 20 rotate around the axis of the bolts 23 approximately 90 degrees relative to the cab roof 2, and then slightly rotate the lid relative to the axis of the rod 25. In this position, the visor 13 moves upward from the seal 14 and slides along the back surface 5 of the roof cabins. P L. . .j f / // / V Phage.d Compiled by I. Antropova. Editor N. Gun'ke Tehred I.
